General Installation / Operation / Maintenance Requirements:
- Flush new cartridge for 5 minutes before first use.
- Replace cartridge when rated capacity is reached or when flow slows.
- Install in compliance with state plumbing laws.
- Do not use with water that is micro biologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the cartridge. Activated carbon filters are not designed to remove virus.or bacteria.
- Actual performance results may vary based on the level of organic contaminants in the influent water, changes in pH and upon other conditions that may be encountered during actual use.
- The performance of this cartridge has been verified and substantiated in accordance with AS/NZS 3497 and AS/NZS 4348 for reduction of chlorine.

The Saipol filter models listed above have been tested and certified under AS/NZS 3497, AS/NZS 4348 and relevant NSF/ANSI Standards listed in Clause 2 for reduction of chlorine. The performance of these cartridges has been verified and substantiated as the test data summarised below indicates. These substances may not be in your water.

Warranty Protection: Saipol's range of ZIP aftermarket replacement cartridges retrofit the ZIP original cartridges for ZIPs range of water chillers / boiler drinking water units. Saipol's cartridges have been independently tested and meet both AS/NZ 3497 and AS/NZ 4348 for cartridge performance claims.
ZIP Warranty: The installation of Saipol's aftermarket cartridges corresponding to Saipol's product matrix chart corresponding to original ZIP codes cannot abrogate any consumers Australian Consumer Law (ACL) warranty rights for using aftermarket Saipol cartridges in lieu of original ZIP cartridges.
